The application of compressed air in the food and beverage industry
Automatic air source
In automated filling, packaging and bottling lines, compressed air is used to control valves and actuators。With oil-free compressed air, the components of automatic equipment can be prevented from clogging and the safety of the end product can be guaranteed。

Compressed air is used to push milk powder or cocoa powder along the pipe。With oil-free air, oil contaminants can be prevented from mixing with the powder, thus maintaining the purity of the powder。
Air cleaning
Use compressed air to clean bottles, packages and molds before filling。In addition to being a health risk, oils in compressed air can contaminate food containers and alter the flavor and odor of end products。
Purge and aerate
Compressed air can be pumped into a liquid to increase oxygen content。Examples include the use of compressed air in fish farming to oxygenate the underlying water and/or oxidize sediment。Oil pollutants in the air can kill fish and other animals。
